I am an Accredited Practising Dietitian who is passionate about helping people to build a more positive relationship with food, eating and their body.
I specialise in nutritional counselling, eating behaviour and the NonDiet approach. I have worked in the eating disorder sector for the past 10 years and lecture at Deakin University, Melbourne.
Food is a huge part of our everyday lives and often the information available to us can be confusing.
I believe in the importance of connecting with our bodies and listening intuitively to our hunger and satiety cues. It is essential to treat our bodies with respect when it comes to weight, health and shape.
My aim is to work collaboratively with people in supporting them to be the healthiest they can be whist learning to respect, accept and appreciate their bodies.
